Elliott Stapleton helps families and small business owners protect what they earn, avoid unnecessary risk, and plan for the future.
Prior to working with CMRK Law, Elliott was a law clerk with the Formica corporation and worked as a legal extern with the Office of Chief Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service. Elliott has worked with families on Estate Planning (e.g. Will, Power of Attorney, Living Will, Trust, and Probate Estate Administration) and small business owners for Business Planning (e.g. Formation of an LLC, Incorporation, Creating Business Contracts, and Protection of Intellectual property such as Trademarks and Copyrights).

Elliott Stapleton works with clients to establish a Last Will and Testament, Power of Attorney, Revocable Living Trust, and other essential planning services.

Elliott represents client's Probate Estate as an Attorney in Cincinnati. Through this process he helps administer the distribution of assets, payment of creditors, and protection for the Executor. For business owners his representation includes:

This includes the creation of a Will, Power of Attorney, Living Will, or a Trust. I advise business owners, directors, employees and officers of businesses ranging from start-up ventures to large privately held companies.
We are a suburban Cincinnati firm that has been serving the legal needs of both corporations and individuals throughout the Greater Cincinnati area for over forty years. We are committed to providing legal representation that is both personal and of the highest quality. Currently, I serve as Treasurer on the Gamma Xi 21, Inc. board and scholarship committee. Outside of the office, I enjoy travel, photography, and working within the Cincinnati community.
