Gregory A. Napolitano
YEARS OF PRACTICE:17 years
To work for those who have been injured, treated unlawfully, or prosecuted and, when possible, to right what is wrong.
I come from working class roots. I am a second generation American whose family members worked in mills and factories. It is on their shoulders that I stand and I seek to assist those who, like them, represent hard work and decency.
We have not come together by happenstance or mere business arrangement. Each member of the firm has a long standing relationship with one another. We all share a desire to represent individuals over corporations, those injured over those who seek to avoid responsibility, and the persecuted over the powerful.
A person in need of help willing to work with me to achieve a solution to the issues they face.

The attorneys at Laufman & Napolitano take pride in representing people just like them; hard-working folks trying to do the right things.
My practice is devoted to representation of persons who have been injured, treated unlawfully, or prosecuted. I have represented hundreds of people since I began practicing law following graduation from Duquesne University School of Law in 1997. I am a passionate advocate on behalf of my clients, and a trusted adviser to them.
I do not charge to meet with people in order to determine whether I can assist them.
The amount of and necessity for a retainer is determined on a case-by-case basis.
In limited circumstances I offer fixed fee arrangements. In most instances my compensation is determined by a contingent fee agreement.
It varies somewhat depending upon the type of case; however, my standard hourly rate is $250.00.
